GOTHA, FL, July 22, 2015, Adriana Montoya, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the National American Outreach Foundation, has been recognized by Worldwide Branding for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in the educational nonprofit industry.

With more than two decades of practiced experience in her field, Ms. Montoya lends her expertise to her role as founder and CEO of the National American Outreach Foundation, an educational nonprofit which unifies communities through education. During her day-to-day routine, she manages governmental affairs and public relations, and also networks with other organizations.

Ms. Montoya originally became involved in her profession because she felt a calling to help other people. One of her first positions in Peru was as a coordinator for all the departments of the Peruvian DDB Needham Worldwide, an advertising agency headquartered in New York City. She has also served as the director of marketing in Peru for Vistana Resorts, which is known now as Starwood. While in that role, she reported directly to Orlando, Florida, and was considered one of the best directors of marketing in Latin America. Ms. Montoya then moved on to the role of Broker for the Peru region for Westgate Resorts, and then moved into the role of marketing executive for Carnival Casinos, where she worked and reported directly to the international division in the United States.

Additionally, she served as the director of marketing for Bates Worldwide’s Peru office. She has become known as a pioneer in her field in Peru due to her previous experiences, leading directors, managers, supervisors, executives and administration employees.

With 28 years of experience in the industry, Ms. Montoya credits her success to her educational background, which includes a degree in Marketing and Advertising from the Instituto  Peruano de Publicidad. A five-time MVP of the Year with Marriott, with more than 20 million dollars in sales, she affiliates herself with the industry through the International Advertising Association and the International Association of Fundraising Professionals. Looking ahead, Ms. Montoya aspires to open international offices, and as a proud Sephardi Jew, she will honor her ancestors by opening a branch of the National American Outreach Foundation in Spain to help those in need.
