Ms. Cerchio is a systems and processing development specialist who currently serves as the director of business support and planning for the STERIS Corporation, a pre-eminent infection prevention, decontamination, surgical and critical care company that provides consumer services, pharmaceutical locations, sterilization centers, and infection prevention and decontamination equipment.

Ms. Cerchio founded the Italian branch of STERIS Corporation nearly 20 years ago and was in charge of implementing the oracle database in Europe. After seven years, she left Italy to pursue a European career with the STERIS Corporation at its headquarters in the U.K. There, Ms. Cerchio was in charge of building a European customer operations organization. As a result of the successful implementation of the project, she quickly progressed to a director position.

Ms. Cerchio holds a degree in history and philosophy and maintains affiliation with the International Lead Association and Supply Chain Operation Organization. She received the Best Support Resource Award from the STERIS Corporation for her many years of hard work.
