Chad R. Langley Named as a Top Industry Expert and Executive of the Year in Diabetes Management Services

Mr. Langley was inspired by his father to help others manage their diabetes more effectively

QUINCY, MA, October 8, 2014, Chad R. Langley, Chief Executive Officer of Teststripz, LLC, has been named a Worldwide Branding Executive of the Year in Diabetes Management Services. While inclusion in Worldwide Branding is an honor, only a small selection of members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Worldwide Branding membership.

Mr. Langley has seven years of overall experience, with four years as the CEO of Teststripz, LLC. Over the years, he has developed a passion for the treatment and prevention of diabetes, which he considers to be the world’s first preventable epidemic. On a daily basis, he is responsible for handling calls from customers on how to use products, as well as finding newer technologies to utilize in the fight against diabetes. Through Teststripz, Mr. Langley offers resources, advice and updates on health insurance regulations to clients. He also provides a venue through which individuals can resell their unused boxes of test strips to diabetics without insurance. While managing diabetes is a lifelong job, Mr. Langley plans to partner with other organizations that are seeking a cure. Until that time, he hopes to expand his operation, creating an alternative and affordable market for test strips and other medical supplies.

Looking back, Mr. Langley was inspired to start his business by his father, who was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at 12 years of age. His father’s ability to manage the disease without complaint, along with his mother’s continued support motivated Mr. Langley to help other diabetics achieve similar success. According to Mr. Langley, “My main objective is to provide an affordable means of managing diabetes. — We do more than move test strips. We’re building an alternative market for medical supplies.

Mr. Langley received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland in 2005. He maintains affiliations with Joslin Clinic, and serves on the American Diabetes Association Subcommittee in Boston. To recognize him for his excellence in the industry, he has been named as an Elite American, and he was featured in the “Top 101 Industry Expert” publication by Worldwide Branding. In years to come, Mr. Langley intends to help pioneer an alternative market for diabetes supplies.
