Danielle Dagenais Honored for Accomplishments in Consulting

Ms. Dagenais started the business coaching firm Danielle Dagenais & Associates eight years ago

VERDUN, QUEBEC, CANADA, December 12, 2013, Danielle Dagenais, Senior and Executive Coach of Danielle Dagenais & Associates, has been recognized by Worldwide Branding for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in her profession.

Ms. Dagenais has 25 years of experience in the industry, with eight years in her current role. She is a very active coach in various industries, understanding key issues in them that make them distinct. She can quickly read clues and trends, and tap into idiosyncrasies. Her efforts are also aided that she is speaking and working in English, French and Spanish.

Her main duties are coaching clients from various backgrounds and industries with different levels of responsibility. She is working as a certified coach, and with less-experienced directors and managers to meet challenges. She is also consulting for organizational development and undertaking a more holistic approach.

Ms. Dagenais plans to promote coaching so that people know more about it and what it can do for them. She wants to enable clients to continue utilizing their talents, and is contemplating writing a book regarding the unusual three levels of coaching approach. She feels it is imperative to respect the confidentiality of coaching clients and wants to publish on this subject.

She has been a manager, director and vice president for a large organization, responsible for acquisition, change management and new employees. She attributes her success to her wonderful clients; people recommend her or come back for different needs. This is her passion and her vocation, and she doesn’t feel like she is working. She continues to correspond with clients, stays connected, and feels very blessed to be doing this work, and helps others improve and develop. She started managing people at the age of 20, and realized she enjoyed helping others in environments conducive to achievement. She then worked in consulting, from 30K perspective for organizations, and helped people achieve their goals. She wanted to provide a confidential setting for people to feel safe, and discuss goals and any elements that may prevent them from attaining those goals.

Ms. Dagenais performed an Internship at the Montreal Heart Institute, coming after a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, ABT, from the Universite du Quebec de Montreal. She is pursuing certification on a Professional Practitioner Coach (PPC) level and is already a Certified Coach, a Certified Master Trainer with Zanger Miller and a Certified Specialist in Change Management with Pritchard LP.

She was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding and also maintains charitable affiliations with Centraide, the Association de Multiple Sclerosis Canada and the Societe Canadienne de Cancere.
