Now an education consultant for the people development command of the Victoria Police Department, Ms. Davis designs, trains and assesses programs for police recruits, detectives, crime scene officers and prosecutors. In a recent interview, Ms. Davis attributed her success to her determination, perseverance and flexibility when striving to meet customers’ needs. She holds a Master of Professional Studies in instruction design, a Master of Professional Studies in teaching English to speakers of other languages, a Bachelor of Education, a diploma in management, a diploma in project management and a diploma in training and assessment systems. Trusted because of her willingness to offer alternative solutions to complex problems, Ms. Davis stays at the top of her field by affiliating with the Australian Institute of Training and Development and the Returned Servicemen’s League of Australia.

Looking ahead, Ms. Davis intends to work for the government in a consulting role.
