MONROE, MI, April 27, 2015, F. Ted and Caryn Vavrick, Realtors of Coldwell Banker Haynes have been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in real estate.

Mr. Vavrick has four years of experience as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Haynes RE, Inc. On a daily basis, he is responsible for reaching out to customers and clients, scheduling appointments and listing properties. He considers his main goal as a Realtor to be satisfying all of his clients, both buyers and sellers, according to their needs and desires. He also takes pride in helping first-time buyers while educating them in the process of home buying.

While teaching industrial technology at Monroe Public Schools, Mr. Vavrick received recognition at a special ceremony for safety in the classroom. His students' accomplishments were also publicized in the newspaper several times. He was also a swim coach for 28 years, advancing his teams to championship level. Now as a realtor, he has reached the million dollar sales and top producer level in the company.

Mr. Vavrick and his wife, Caryn, rescued an English setter and have always rescued animals as pets. They are both active in their church, Christ Lutheran in Monroe, Mich. Mr. Vavrick is an usher and past council member. Mrs. Vavrick is a reader, altar guild, occasional music performer and former council member. She is also a member of her local 100-plus piece symphony band, the Monroe County and Community College Symphony Band. Mrs. Vavrick is also a real estate agent. She holds an Accredited Buyer's Representative certification and e-PRO Realtor certification.

Looking back, Mr. Vavrick attributes his success to his honesty with his clients. He became involved in his profession because his wife had been in real estate for 15 years, so after he retired as a school teacher, he took the opportunity to work with her. The Vavricks formed an effective team, and they are consistently recognized as top producers.

Mr. Vavrick received a master's degree in school administration from Eastern University in 1998. He maintains affiliation with the National Association of Realtors, the Michigan Association of Realtors and the Monroe County Association of Realtors, and he has been recognized among the top producers at Coldwell Banker Haynes.
